Disney Merchandise: Spark Joy in the Everyday with 2024 Products and Toys from Disney Consumer Products

If you are like us, your love of Disney extends well beyond a Walt Disney World or Disney Cruise Line vacation. For most of our time as a family, we’ve had Disney products in our home, especially when our children were little. Even though our children are now in college, there are still plenty of ways we bring the magic of Disney into our daily lives. We recently were invited by Disney Consumer Products to experience Disney products in a playful and creative way. During our time, we visited seven different rooms where different products were set up for us to interact with them. There was so much to explore and lots of laughter along the way! Here are our thoughts on the different 2024 products and toys available for Disney fans of all ages!

1 – Mickey & Friends

The first “room” we visited was the Mickey & Friends kitchen. We had the opportunity to use Mickey & Friends kitchen products to make a “charcuterie” board but with a twist – with Mickey waffles! Disney chefs had made waffles with the Williams Sonoma Mickey Mouse™ Double Flip Waffle Maker. We placed our waffles on a PICNIC TIME Disney Mickey Mouse Serving Board, Serving Plank, Charcuterie Board. Fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries were provided for toppings, along with some fun Mickey sprinkles and chocolate chips. These items were placed in the Disney All Over Minnie Soup/Cereal Bowls. Then, we organized the waffles, fruit, and toppings in a fun pattern. Williams Sonoma Disney Mickey Mouse Oven Mitts and a Williams Sonoma Mickey Mouse or Minnie Mouse Flex Turner were nearby. We topped our waffles with some syrup, chocolate syrup, and powdered sugar! They were delicious! I can only imagine how fun it would be on a weekend morning to make these boards as a family.

Other Mickey & Friends kitchen products we saw were a Mickey & Friends Slow Cooker (Crock Pot), Mickey & Friends Toaster, and the Williams Sonoma Mickey and Friends Cookie Cutter Kit. We’ve had Disney kitchen products in our kitchen for years, and these Mickey & Friends items are a great addition if you’re a Mickey fan!

2 – Disney Store

Next, we went to the “backyard,” where we saw products from the Disney Store. DisneyStore.com (formerly shopDisney.com) is the official online home for all things Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and more. From toys to apparel, accessories to collectibles, Disney Store has something for every Disney fan. The “pool” of Disney Store plush full of so many different characters and sizes was really fun! I remember having so many Disney plush around when my kids were young. My kids could never have enough, and we still have them today!

Next, we played with the Disney nuiMOs Plush. You might have seen these small plush in Disney Parks. The fun thing about Disney nuiMOs is that you can buy all of the different outfits for the Disney characters. Doll lovers will also enjoy Disney ily 4EVER Dolls and accessories. We also enjoyed playing with Toy Story action figures such as Rex and Woody and Star Wars Droids like BB8 and Chopper (C1-10P) Interactive Remote Control Astromech Droid – Star Wars: Ahsoka. Finally, Disney Store also has fun products for outdoor play and swimwear for the whole family.

3 – Super Heroes Assemble

If you’re a super hero fan, there is a wide variety of exciting toys, collectibles, accessories, and more! From Funko POP! Figures, Marvel hats, costumes, games, including a Marvel Vs Capcom 2 X-Men ’97 Edition Deluxe Arcade game, to Corkcicle items, and the amazing LEGO Marvel Avengers Tower, there is something for every super hero fan!

4 – Disney Princess

When we visited the Disney Princess “closet,” I was transported to the time when my two young daughters loved playing with Disney Princess items. They would have absolutely loved the all-new collection by American Girl, featuring dolls inspired by Disney’s Ariel, Tiana, and Cinderella, including the ability to dress them in different outfits. We also saw dolls from Mattel, role-playing costumes, and accessory sets for dolls from Jakks Pacific. Mattel also has a Magical Adventure Castle, which is the perfect place to play with the dolls. Finally, there were also dresses for kids to enjoy! My two daughters loved playing dress-up in Disney Princess dresses. They would wear them all day every day!

5 – LEGO® Star Wars™

One of our favorite spaces was the LEGO® Star Wars™ Docking Bay! 2024 marks the 25th anniversary of the LEGO® Star Wars™ collaboration between the LEGO Group and Lucasfilm. We had the chance to see many of the new 25th anniversary-branded LEGO building sets along with an amazing Lego display of the movie poster for Star Wars: A New Hope. We still regularly purchase LEGO sets, in fact I got more LEGOS this year than my kids. We already have a good collection of Star Wars LEGOS, and we were excited to see the new sets along with other sets, such as the huge Millennium Falcon. It was so cool to see it in person and built. Trust us, it’s huge!

6 – Spark Joy in the Everyday Playroom

We also enjoyed our time in the playroom since playtime is vital for children aged 2-8. This room again brought me back to when my children were young and loved to play with preschool and kids’ toys from many Disney brands. These products inspire creative play and help families spark joy in the everyday. The Mickey Mouse Hot Diggity Dance & Play dolls brought me back to when my kids loved to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! From playsets to dolls and more, kids will love these Disney-inspired products for creative play!

7 – Disney Wish

Finally, we enjoyed the magic of Disney’s Wish with products inspired by the characters from Mattel, Jakks Pacific, and LEGO. More dolls and LEGO Friends sets are available for fans of the characters from the film!

We really enjoyed our time exploring the many different products from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, and more. I know how much fun and laughter we’ve had in our house with Disney products over the years. Thank you to Disney Consumer Products for giving us a glimpse of the 2024 product line!

Chad & Cindy Nykamp

After years of multiple Walt Disney World vacations, Cindy and Chad's dream of living in Orlando came true in 2010. After friends and family made them their go-to-people for Walt Disney World advice, Cindy and Chad launched DisneyLists.com in August 2015 to share their knowledge and love of Disney. Chad and Cindy have been Disney World Annual Passholders for years, DVC members, together have raced more than 70 runDisney races, and particularly love cruising on the Disney Cruise Line. Chad and Cindy also regularly represent DisneyLists.com at Walt Disney World media events. While attending these events, they get an insiders view of all the new things that have come to Walt Disney World. These experiences have helped them gain knowledge and expertise they happily pass on to their followers. They still can't believe how lucky they are to have such an amazing opportunity and will continue to share Disney with anyone who will listen!
