Bang For Your Buck: 10 Best Table Service Restaurants For The Disney Dining Plan

2 – Buffets

All across Disney World, there are a number of restaurants offering buffets, giving guests the opportunity to sample a little bit of everything the chefs have created. Several of the buffets are also character dining spots, making for a perfect opportunity to meet some of your favorite characters without having to wait in line. The Tusker House at Animal Kingdom features Safari Donald and a host of his friends. 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian offers a chance to meet Cinderella and Prince Charming as well as a number of different characters depending on the time of day. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot is another great place to meet the princesses and if you’re fans of Winnie the Pooh and his friends, then the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom is the place to be. Ryan Miller

Ryan loves all things Disney: from the smallest details to the biggest surprises and all of the magic in between. He loves the fireworks of Wishes, the thrill of Tower of Terror and of course, the dining at Disney Restaurants. As of yet, however, he has been unable to replicate his favourite dishes and snacks at home. In between trips, you can usually find him reading about the history of the parks and attractions when he’s not at work for his local public library in Burlington Ontario. Ryan’s favourite Disney moment was proposing in front of Cinderella’s Castle to his (now) fiancée, Lauren.
