16 Best & Worst Dining Choices for Large Groups at Disney World

1 – WORST – Beaches and Cream Soda Shop @ Beach Club Resort

Located at the beautiful Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is nestled perfectly along Stormalong Bay. There is something about the view of the pool and gorgeous landscape at the Beach Club Resort that sets the scene for what to expect inside Beaches & Cream. Cute ice cream cone tables are just outside the restaurant along with Cast Members dressed in what you’d expect to see in a 1950’s ice cream shop. Once inside, we were immediately surprised at how small this restaurant really is which is why it is tricky to obtain a reservation here at times. Our advice: just don’t do it! Yes – the desserts here are among our favorites at Disney World but once you see the inside you’ll totally understand how large groups just don’t work at this soda shop. Photo Credit: Disney World.
