16 Best & Worst Dining Choices for Large Groups at Disney World

8 – WORST – 50’s Prime Time Café @ Hollywood Studios

This full service location in Disney World’s Hollywood Studios transports guests back to the golden era of the 1950s. The 50s Prime Time Café features a décor which brings the decade to life and is themed to look like an old fashioned kitchen. Guests who enjoy a meal at the 50s Prime Time Café are served by Cast Members who pose as family members like aunts or uncles and interact with guests reminding them to keep their elbows off the tables and finish their vegetables. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the 50s Prime Time Café features delicious menu options like Cousin Ryan’s Vegetable Lasagna, Mom’s Old-Fashioned Pot Roast, Dads Stuffed Pork Chop, Grandma’s Chicken Pot Pie, and Aunt Liz’s Golden Fried Chicken. With delicious and classic cuisine and a totally unique atmosphere, guests will definitely love dining at the 50s Prime Time Café in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Unfortunately, large groups don’t fit well in this restaurant’s seating. While it can be done, plan to be seated at numerous tables throughout the restaurant with hopes of being in eyesight of one another. Photo Credit: Disney World.
