10 Do’s and Don’ts for Planning Your Disney Vacation

3 – Do Make FastPass+ Selections

Saving time on a Disney vacation is a great way to see more and explore more. FastPasses are offered at all four of the Walt Disney World theme parks and act as reservations which assign guests a specific time to visit an attraction to enjoy the experience with little to no wait. If you are staying at a Disney resort you can book your FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance of your trip, and if you aren’t, you can book them 30 days in advance. The reservation window opens at 7:00 am EST. Guests are wise to book FastPasses for popular attractions which tend to have long wait times as they can then enjoy that experience without losing tons of time to standing in line. Some of the best options to book FastPasses for are Avatar Flight of Passage, Space Mountain, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Test Track Presented by Chevrolet, Soarin’ Around the World, Toy Story Mania, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Kilimanjaro Safaris, and Dinosaur. Having FastPasses for these attractions will help you avoid waiting a long time in lines and save you time overall.
