“Celebrate Soulfully at Disney Springs” brings together several new offerings in February and beyond at the Walt Disney World shopping, dining and entertainment district. With jazz-inspired performances, new art displays, special food menus and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We recently enjoyed an amazing time at Disney Springs enjoying the offerings. Celebrate Mardi Gras and a taste of New Orleans with a special hot dog – the Mardi Gras Smoked Crawdog featuring Smoked Andouille Sausage topped with Crawfish, Lemon Caper Aioli, and Creole Pepper Sauce. This special dog is $11.99 and was a bit spicy for me, but I admit, I’m a bit of a wimp when it comes to spicy!
