This “cake” is topped with a mound of vanilla ice cream, chocolate and toffee chips, and a drizzle of chocolate and toffee sauces. The Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake is one dessert we are totally fine with blowing our diets for!

Boma – Flavors of Africa, located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, has a dessert that is unique in taste and sight. “Zebra” and “Dome” are the two words you’ll want to remember when you begin to search the buffet at Boma. Thankfully they are easy little devils to spot. They are just like the name says… in the shape of a dome and have zebra-style stripes. The white dome is an Amarula Cream Liquor mousse and creamy white chocolate. It sits upon a thin crispy cake base and is then topped off with a chocolate drizzle and chocolate shavings. They are small desserts that pack a punch of rich and creamy goodness! You won’t be able to stop after just one, so be sure to put a few on your plate.

Toledo, located at the top of the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs, is hitting a high note with their Toledo Tapas Bar dessert. Imagine a masterpiece of a plate where what is known as a “progressive dessert” awaits. The “bar” portion of the dessert is chocolate with a creamy yet crispy two layers. The real show is what sits on top of the bar. In colorful and very distinct sections, you’ll find flavors, including Spanish coffee, crunchy chocolate, raspberry mousse, and lemon curd. None of these flavors sound incredibly great all at one time, right? Well, the point of this dessert is to take your time tasting each level in a “progressive” form. This is THE dessert to have!
