6 Newest Offerings at Disney World You Don’t Want to Miss

In the last year, Walt Disney World has seen many new offerings!  Below is the rundown of the newest offerings at Disney World that you don’t want to miss!

6 – CommuniCore Plaza and CommuniCore Hall

The walls are down and the multiyear transformation of EPCOT is finally complete! CommuniCore Hall and CommuniCore Plaza in the new World Celebration neighborhood have opened to guests. ComminiCore Plaza will be home to different offerings throughout the year. In summer 2024, guests can dance and sing along to the música of the Disney Animation Studios film “Encanto.” “¡Celebración Encanto!” is a limited-time show that celebrates culture, magic, and family, or as the Family Madrigal would say, “culture, magia y familia.” This is the first show to debut on the newly completed CommuniCore Plaza Stage.

Right next to CommuniCore Plaza Stage, a new quick-service food-and-beverage destination called “Festival Favorites” offers guests a rotating menu of some of the most popular items from the four seasonal EPCOT festivals and is a place to relax and recharge. Finally, Mickey & Friends, a new location adjacent to CommuniCore Hall, is where guests can meet some of their favorite Disney pals.

5 – Tiana’s Bayou Adventure

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is a new family thrill ride featuring the joy, music, and magic of the Walt Disney Animation Studios film “The Princess and the Frog,” which opened in late June 2024. It’s the latest new offering at Walt Disney World that is sure to bring in the crowds. Guests take a trip down the bayou in this exciting flume-drop water ride for a glimpse of life after Tiana and Naveen’s happily ever after. The couple has invited the community to join them for a Mardi Gras celebration and find out that someone forgot to book the band. Guests join Princess Tiana and Louis in a search for a band to create the perfect neighborhood soiree. Be on the lookout for dozens of innovative Audio-Animatronics figures of their favorite characters, including Tiana, Louis, Mama Odie, and many new musical critters. Finally, the attraction ends with a thrilling 50-foot drop, and then it’s time to celebrate with a brand-new song, “Special Spice,” featuring the talents of PJ Morton, Terence Blanchard, and Anika Noni Rose.
