3 – New Attraction Coming to Hollywood Studios in 2026 – New Details Revealed

Earlier this year, Disney announced a new attraction coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which will reshape Animation Courtyard. This week, we got an update on a new offering inside the upcoming “The Magic of Disney Animation.” Learn more at the link below.

5 – New Show Announced for Disney’s Hollywood Studios in 2026

When Disney announced that “Disney Junior Play and Dance!” would close in September 2025, they were quiet about whether the show would return or be replaced. This week, we have that answer! Visit the link below to see what’s coming in the former “Disney Junior Play and Dance!” space!

6 – Confirmed! 2025 Holiday Week Christmas Parade Times, Fireworks, and Additional Fantasmic! Performances

The Walt Disney World calendar has been updated, and Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is once again being offered for guests to enjoy during Christmas week at Magic Kingdom. From December 22-December 31, the parade will be performed at 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. In addition, Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks will be shown at 8:30 pm nightly from December 22-December 29 at Magic Kingdom. Fantasy In The Sky Fireworks, a show celebrating the new year, will be performed at 7:30 pm and 11:50 pm on December 30 and 31.

Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, additional Fantasmic! performances have been added to help with the large crowds. So far, the only change is for Saturday, December 27. On that day, there will be three performances at 6:30 pm, 8:00 pm, and 9:30 pm.

7 – Disney Confirms Reopening Timeline of Two Attractions at Magic Kingdom

Two attractions at Magic Kingdom, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, are currently closed for refurbishment. Both attractions are getting significant updates. Before this week, we only knew that both of these would reopen sometime in 2026. Now we have a much better idea of when they will open. Learn more at the link below.

8 – Opening Confirmed for New ‘Soarin’ Across America’ in 2026

Walt Disney World Resort will celebrate coast to coast with the summer 2026 opening of “Soarin’ Across America,” an immersive new flight experience aboard the beloved Soarin’ attraction at EPCOT. “Soarin’ Across America” will take guests on a breathtaking journey, highlighting some of the country’s natural beauty and iconic cityscapes. 9 – Frozen Ever After at EPCOT to Close for Short Refurbishment for New Animatronic Figures

Earlier this year, it was announced that animatronic figures in Frozen Ever After would be getting replaced and updated. This week, we learned when the ride will be closing for a brief refurbishment so the figures can be replaced. Learn more at the link below.
