NEWS: California Grill Gets New Menu Items

California Grill, located at the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, offers more than just great views. This bucket list, fan favorite is one of Disney World’s best signature dining experiences. The California Grill is rolling out new menu items that look absolutely delicious.
California Grill offers a three-course, prix-fixe dining experience with guests choosing an starter, main, and dessert. The cost is $99 per adult and $42 for kids 3-9, not including tax and gratuity. Guests can also include a deluxe wine pairing with their meal for $78, with some additional meal add-ons available for an additional cost.
Starters

- Hearth-Steamed Saffron Mussels — charred leeks, chorizo, potato confit, and persillade

- Fire-Roasted Artichoke Flatbread — white bean purée, ramp aïoli, lemon zest, artichokes, arugula, and California extra virgin olive oil

- Seasonal Flatbread — chef-inspired, changes with the season
- Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli — organic mixed mushroom ragout, tomato-fennel broth, California extra virgin olive oil
- Surf & Turf Roll — Wagyu beef, soft-shell crab, yuzu-avocado purée, soy gel
