NEWS: Menu for New Disney Springs Dining Revealed
An exciting new dining concept, Six Ravens, is coming this summer to Disney Springs from the creators of Gideon’s Bakehouse. Gideon’s Bakehouse, an Orlando based bakery that specializes in cookies so enormous they weigh in at almost a pound each, is the most popular food location at Disney Springs. It’s so popular that the bakery uses a virtual queue with wait times often measuring several hours or more.

Six Ravens will specialize in grab-and-go handheld pies made from yeast rolls will savory fillings known as “coffyns.” The dish is based on medieval European dishes used to preserve meals for long pilgrimages.

Coffyns are $10.99 each and include a suggested dipping sauce.
- The Peasant’s Patty — Classic cheeseburger with American cheese and dill pickle bits in a sesame seed Coffyn. Pairs with Pink Salamander Dipping Sauce.
- The Villain of Valentina — Basil pesto chicken, balsamic tomatoes, and garlic in a herb panko Coffyn. Pairs with Bruno’s Garlic Knot Juice.
- The Wizard’s Wonder — Mac and cheese with pickled poblano peppers, pulled pork, and BBQ panko crumbs in a BBQ crumb Coffyn. Pairs with Prince Donut’s Smoke & Cherry BBQ Sauce.
- The Imperial Idol — Mildly spicy chicken with potato and carrot coconut curry in a fried garlic Coffyn. Pairs with Red Panda’s Dipping Sauce.
- The Moreish Monk — Grilled cheese with Vermont white cheddar, Havarti, and house tomato jam in a parmesan Coffyn. Pairs with Wolf Peach Dipping Sauce.
- The Forager’s Find — Spiced roasted sweet potatoes, black bean corn salsa, crushed pepitas, and queso cotija in a pumpkin seed Coffyn. Pairs with Tropic of Mango Aioli.
- The Rooster’s Roar — Available from 9am until sell out daily. Bacon, egg and cheese in an everything bagel Coffyn, with a vegetarian option of potato, egg and cheese. Pairs with Papi’s Crema Dipping Sauce.

Pair the Coffyns with smashed potatoes and dips like sweet heat and homemade honey mustard. Six Ravens will also have local beers crafted in partnership with Orlando favorites like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.
